Aunty Nan wears a muʻumuʻu designed by the famed Hawaiian designer Mamo Howell, a lei of purple crown flowers, hair adornment of crown flower loops, lauaʻe fern and palapalai, and a marvelous old-style hairdo created by Aunty Gladys Kahaku, her hula sister.
